Couple Trouble is a side quest given by Clement and Sybille at the Bandit camp in Divinity II: Ego Draconis.

Detailed Walkthrough[]
Upon speaking to Clement and Sybille, they advise that they are looking to leave the life of banditry to do Sybille being pregnant. The only obstacle between them and leaving is the gate guard Christopher who won't allow them to pass.
Speak to Christopher and perform a Mindread (which can be done after find the rum, but is required) to discover that he is craving Rimmer's Rum, which can be used to bribe him to allow passage. There is a single bottle which can be found in the camp; cross the wooden catwalk above the main gates, up the ladders and along the cliff ledge past Barney and Tagos. The rum is then found in a bush.
Return to Christopher and provide him with the rum (if he has yet to be Mindread, this will need to be done before this option becomes available). Christopher will then allow access, so return to Clement and Sybille to complete the quest.
