Conditions
This quest is started when you visit Sassan's Tombstone. You need to light the candles to resurrect Sassan's Ghost.
Steps
- You must find Elfrith who is about to be attacked by a group of Dragon Elves and save him. Afterwords he will give you a book to calm the winds.
- Go back to Sassan's Tombstone, use the book, and then light the candles to resurrect Sassan.
